La nuova uscita prog di Mark Murdock – Visitors From Another Planet – vede la partecipazione di cast di visitatori prog terrestri come il batterista Ric Parnell degli Atomic Rooster/Spinal Tap, il batterista Ron Howden, il bassista Derek “Mo” Moore, entrambi della band Nektar, anche il batterista Alan Childs di David Bowie, il chitarrista Fernando Perdomo, il chitarrista Katsumi Yoneda della TV francese, il chitarrista Joe Berger, il cantante Tim Pepper dei TheId e altri ancora.
Mark Murdock è meglio conosciuto come il batterista degli Empire Mark III di Peter Banks (YES), The New Empire con Fernando Perdomo, Cymbalic Encounters con i membri dei Brand X. Mark ha recentemente pubblicato un disco solista, The Phoenix Has Risen e Tyrannic Megalomanic dei Nuclear Bird. Mark vede la sua nuova creazione Visitors from Another Planet come “un ulteriore contributo alle arti con nuove dimensioni e atmosfere non esplorate nei miei lavori precedenti“.
